I have considered this thread carefully and come to a conclusion.  Privateer is a superhero/supervillan!  The disabled thing is a disguise in the same way superman wears glasses.

3. If u had re-contacted the RSPCA and give the exact details and the fact that u had witnesses and he was admitting it we would have looked in to.
