Not easy& prob. not cheap
You will need to be able to Power the screen up & will need a backlight inverter & a controller board.

Some motherboards have a controller board built in. Most mini-itx boards do.

Add this in your hosts file.  It will save you a lot of time and money.

[edit] oh and for the record, very dificult.  Thats why you can get old laptops with 12" colour screens in them for a tenner, theyre worthless.
