Eyestrain?

Just wondering if it is me or whether other people get it where if youre using an SLR or the viewfinder on a camera, your other eye gets a bit strained and blurry for a bit afterwards?
My left eye is my "lazy eye" where its 0.5 out and seems to not focus quite as quick as my right eye, but normally its fine. When I use my SLR, even for just a few minutes though, it makes my left eye go a little blurry for 30 seconds or so. I dont think it matter which eye I use to look through the viewfinder either!

Ive never had that symptom; maybe you need your eyes tested! I probably need mine seeing to as Im starting to have difficulty focusing on things closer than a foot.

Hmm, my eyes are due to be tested this year.
Maybe Ill try a different opticians this time, as the current ones claim my eyes are fine. Fair enough 0.5 doesnt warrant glasses, but as Ive said the last few times that when I do lots of reading and computer work my left eye goes weird and I get headaches etc, I wouldnt mind having the option of some glasses if theyll help :/

never had an issue and i use mine a lot, i do wear glasses all the time even when using it though, have you got Dioptric Adjustment on your viewfinder? if you have it might be worth changing it

Yup.
Went and got my eyes tested yesterday too and was told again that mine are fine. Theyre at most 0.5 out.
Dioptic wouldnt make much difference as its either eye I think, its just something to do with having one eye open and the other closed :/ My eyes focus fine, it just seems my left one tends to lag behind a little.
