Ok. Now forward this to ebay and paypal and maybe the police too. I wouldnt even dignify him with an answer.

Regardless of anything else if the rj45 connector was broken and it wasnt specified in the listing then your entitled to a refund - end of story. Anything else he says is completely irrelevant.

agreed 100%. Hes the (insert expletive from email here) for selling a lappy without describing what was wrong with it.

Just ignore it - you got your money back and he got his product.

If you really must reply just say I returned it exactly as I received it. If you think it was damaged in transit your problem is with your courier service.

Hes admitted there was a fault so report it because of his bad attitude.

Extra faults can happen in transit though so hif he had been a little bit more careful he could have claimed damages off the carrier.
