I got nice stuff.. thats why I aint got them yet :-D

Boiler is £1200 before the extras like wireless thermo, flew, installation, etc.
Kitchen has been quoted at 1500 inc installation. Thats for a total of 8 units :-(
Also got granite worktops that need to be cut - thats going to cost another £400.

Still to lay 50sq Meters of Parquet blocks. been quoted £500 for that.

+ the fresh plaster thats been plastered so far still needs painting.
Thats 4 bedrooms, Hall Landing, Front Room & Sitting room... Erm & I still need to tile the bathroom & put flooring down throughout  & new Internatl doors :-D

When thats all done Ill start on the attic. Upgrading the rafters from 3x2 to 6x2 & convert it into a room.

After that Ill be getting the outside of the house thermally Rendered & finally replace the windows for Box Sash windows & the front door & 2x sets of rear patio doors.

Total cost £20k Value - costs = profit of £15K

hey egg, you got a spec or product name for the thermal render mate?
need to get mine redone in the new year (solid brick walled house)

was going to get a nice self colour sto render but a thermal render would be good if it can be self coloured also.

No Idea, but have a look around google & theres grants available if you qualify.. (I dont :-( )
Search for wall insulation.

If its brick, you may be able to get cavity insulation which is a lot lot cheaper. - If theres no cavity, then your in the same boat as me :D
