Well today

I cleaned my car. Twice. the dried it, then I cleaned the windows with glass cleaner, stong stuff!! and then I polished the windows and then I polished the body work.

I got rid of a long streak that had been down the side of the car.

Its not perfect, but its a step towards it.

And the mirror smash looks nasty!! To smash like that, doesnt it mean it was overtaking you?


Haha, I washed my car the other day and forgot to dry it off. Came back later and it was filthy with water marks :( What a waste of time that was!

In the UK we drive on the left hand side of the road.

the nearside is the left hand side...

the accident was a few weeks ago and I sure did use window cleaner and polish on my windows in this weather, whats wrong with that?  :?

Nearside offside, bah! I still want to be a driving instructor :D

The mirror smash was totally my fault, overtook on a double lane A road when I didnt have time to overtake, so 3 cars in a 2 car space fitted through.  It was silly and I have learnt my lesson!!

Any damage to the other car then? So you clipped mirrors with an oncoming car? Just, the damage looks like its been hit from the mirror side it rather than the back side.

Watched your videos of Keilder earlier :) Wish Id went out now!

I couldnt stop at the time, however I did report it to the police but the other people havnt reported it. Still waiting but no news...

Jamie, well be having a little drive out some time in the future, Ill keep you posted :)

Cool, cheers! Dont know whether to bring the 1.4 ibiza along or not.. I can either bring that along and break the "pugs only" rule that seems to be in place.. Or I can just be a passenger in Gavs 205 :p

Id like the experience though. Hmm..

tbh we dont mind if any Ibizas or any other cars come along, we all enjoy cars and we can all get along.

Ive only ever heard of a Pug only rule in joking :) So youd be more than welcome to come along, in our last convoy, some movies I have got on my computer we did have a civic join us around the roads.
