Steak is dead easy, you just take a bit of wood and sharpen the end... err. wrong kind of stake.

Just rub it with some garlic and toss it into the frying pan, or under the grill. Sear the outside and then turn the heat down, leaving it to cook how you want it.

Thats a girls steak!

Splash of groundnut oil, frying or griddle pan up onto face searing heat (wait for the oil to smoke). Then place in your steak, a few minutes one side, turn, a few minutes mins the other depending on how well done you like it, then leave to rest on a plate for a moment. Job done, awesome steak.
