Annoying Twitch

I got up at my usual time, to notice Ive got an annoying twitch on my upper left arm, annoying thing it twitches randomly but often enough to annoy me, its doing it now.

Just muscle spazms

Get it all the time becuase of (well not as much now, only do a bit because of my hand) training etc.

Basically do some work, work them a little. A little while later they will just twitch randomly, nothing you can do but let them, soon settle down, And yes they can be doing it a whole day and then you wake up and its stoped.

Might be a trapped nerve further up your arm.
