A major report on US policy in Iraq has called for a new approach and urgent action to stop "a slide towards chaos".

The current US strategy of staying the course was no longer viable, Iraq Study Group leader James Baker said.

The report says US troops should be withdrawn from combat and instead used to train Iraqis.

I bet youre thrilled that the war that you and your ilk supported, has now destroyed the countrys infrastructure, and has catalyzed into mass-murder with no end on the horizon.

it wasnt a mistake. the mistakes were made when we dithered in kicking their arses in 1991 when we could have mopped up and not have billions of muslims pouring into the country acting as insurgants.

also they should have started training them instead of going f**king gungho.

Why did you support the invasion and the subsequent mass murder?

I didnt.

From the beginning I was against it, but you have shown rabid support until quite recently.

We dont have the records to show this, but most of us remember the general truth.

Now youre posting "ha ha" threads trying to blame it on "Bush and the Americans, as its so easy to blame it al on "the Americans, ha ha".

Well, it takes two to tango, and its ignorant little brits like you that were the fanbois that greased the skids of this disaster.

You were explaining away this mass murder in the beginning. Where was I? I was out on the streets protesting or at home writing letters to my government in outrage.
