Sorry to hear about your car.  Just be glad that noone was seriously injured.  It sucks that your car was destroyed, but it could have been much worse.  I hope the driver is severely punished and that you are compensated fairly for your car.

.. to late, drunken bozo just pulled the driver, with unknown injuries, onto the road.

If the car isnt burning then its best to leave any badly injured person where they are. In this case though I think he deserved everything he got. With luck hell be off work for a good few months. I have seen a similar crash where neither the driver or any of the passangers got out alive.

Right....as of now my insurace company are trating as a claim by me as we havnt got the other guys details off the poilce yet.

He tax ran out in feb.......05! Dont know if he had insurance, if he hasnt ill be suing his ass off, as will the company whos van he ended up against, and the guy whose fence he landed my car on!!

The first one is of the tree my car was shoved into & the side of my car the guy hit,

the second is the space wheel and boot floor folded up against my rear seats and then pushed forwards by about 1.5ft and the side of the car that hit the tree

The last one is his car...... notice the head impacted windscreen...We dont think either of the front seat passengers had a seatbelt on as the airbag didnt deploy

Of course itll polish out!

The insurance company were like "The repair place will pick it up and once its sorted you can have it back" to which i replied "HAAAAAAAAAAHAAAAAAAAAAHAAAAAAAAAAAAHAAAAAAAAAA! They best have a REALLY good jig"
