What do you think should be done?
2x Football clubs are bidding
1x being West Ham, who are close to Stratford, the other being Tottenham Hotspur, who would have to move about 5-6 miles across the City, From North London & into West Ham terroritory.
Both teams have submitted plans.... both offering different proposals.
What do you think should be done with the stadium

Go with whoever has the best plans/proposals for the area.
Thought about this after seeing a brief article on it - I think actually in the end the other factors you've listed shouldn't be taken into account as far as which company is able to win a bid to purchase a piece of real estate.
I'd be tempted to say that, in terms of what is beneficial overall for London, it might be better for Tottenham to stay put and modernise their current stadium (regenerate that area) and have West Ham use the Olympic Stadium. However they are essentially businesses these days and both has as much right as each other to re-locate, purchase assets etc... Whoever decides on the bid should only really be looking at which of these companies is giving the best offer.
