But if you dont watch out you end up sober and realise the girl you are chatting up is a minger, or worse when you are in bed together...

Take some paracetamol with a glass of coke and then drink a lot of water.

The coke/paracetamol is basically the same as Anadin extra for a fraction of the price and the water will rehydrate you.
