At 9 Leila is now the fastest girl in her school, but gets beaten by 2 boys, she asked me how to beat them, I told her the truth, you wont, its a physical thing, but she will be a champion runner I think, remember the name.

LOL, free tickets to the Olympics, shell be in team GB.

I had a 3 chicken sandwich for lunch and a bottle of coke.  One of lads in my office just came in with a bike helmet on.

Im eating a ham and cheese sandwich. Earlier I took a dump to make room.

Ive gone off supermarket wafer thin ham.

I ran like the wind to the local pub for home made burger and chips :)

...then walked slowly back to the office to find the pizza I ordered waiting on my desk :o I guess I know what dinner is going to be tonight :D

I turned up to some poncy office today for a meeting & the woman at reception was properly sticking her nose up at me as I was wearing jeans & T-shirt rather than a suit

Ive never seen the point in wafer thin ham.
