Every Wed Just down the road all the Boy racers collect and show off,  sometimes they fill the Aldi car park up, the car park is covered in burn ups, they tear up my road, Im surprised the Police dont hang about, guaranteed 5 or more speeding tickets.

The sound of a Hyundai WRX giving it the big one, actually sounds nice.

I love these little snippets of insight you post that offer little in the way of discursive points, its almost like watching you rant except you never really get that far, just a few statements that leave it open for a:  :?

If you go through places like Carlisle (which I have to do every now and then), its not Wednesday. Or Saturday. Its every hour of the day. The local idiots all have a crap car with a loud exhaust (obviously would star in www.sh*twagon.com , now that was a good site). Which probably gives them, minus 1 extra BHP. But clearly noises up the place for the local residents (insert picture of Tubbs and Edward here ;)).
Motorbikes arent allowed loud race pipes by law; I believe the time has come to ban them from cars too.

And get these gits back into National Service (and onto TV probably)(or dead in Deepcut   )

Do you mean an Impreza WRX ;)

The only Hyundai with "WR" in its name, would be the Accent WRC..

...and I doubt you see too many of those around ;) but yes, they (both the Scoob, and the Accent WRC) make fantastic noises - Although personally I think the scoob sounds best at idle or low revs, you get that fantastic burbley noise from the engine then.

Yes the top one, every Wednesday boy racers show off Daddys money, all the cars are flash, theres a few skylines done up aswell.
All cars have Turbos as well, you can hear them, if I was young still Id be very jealous of the stuff they have.

A V8 is different to a boxer 4 - as it has equal length exhaust manifolds. as for the Hyundai, well the rally noise is completely different to a V8.. both good in different ways.

The boxer makes a very unique noise because of its exhaust system - its great at low revs.

The 6+ cylinder howl is a lovely noise too though, I do favour it over a 4 cylinder engine by a long way. I want a 350Z..  in fact, sod the car.. I just want that engine + exhaust.  Id sit there all day revving it ;) what a souund it makes!!!

Lucky enough I fully understand everything,
when I built my Sandrail, A heavily modified beetle 1600 gold block was binned, I put a alpha TC webber45 1500 in it, it flew.
I used a beetle 1300 geerbox and had a flywheel adapter made.
If the Hyundai boxer was available at the time I expect Id have used it.
