I think.... when sh*t things happen, you dont get over it, thats bollocks... you just get used to it after a while and it blends into the background noise
i know how insulting this sounds.... but try to stay active.... if you sit about dwelling on the past youll just make yourself more misrable
its too much sh*t to take in all at once....you need to distract yourself while your brain makes sence of it all...
