Sooner Obama sorts out the funding the better. While Bush action meant delay for some lines of stemcell research though it did mean extra money for others outside the embryonic area.

Seen this one? not for ataxia but it does show promise. In the future they will be taking some of your stem cells, replace the faulty gene, grow them and then inject. This would probably give a much longer and better solution than what is available now.
