1) Why would anyone give back "free money" ?

2) What they hell are the police thinking ? "Hand it in" ?


WHAT THE HELL ?

I know that if someone threw cash into the crowd and shouted "Free Money", Id be there like it was the end game in the Crystal Maze :)

As for handing it into the Police, WHY ? Thats like asking lottery winners to hand it over !

They certainly have video evidence but I have no idea of the chargea they could impose :/

A lot depends on where the person got the money.

Im wondering if they are trying to establish if it is just some rich nutter or if the money has come from somewhere else i.e. here

Obstruction, and probably something along the lines of "causing an accident" because according to that report people were parking cars and running out into the road to grab the money.
