Indeed.

As long as you buy tinned steak rather than chunks, the tins are perfectly adequate.

Tuna/few pasta twirls/salad + lashings of Balsamic Vinegar make for a lunch of champions.

Ill have to take a picture of the door stop of a tuna mayo batch I can get for less than £2 at the butchers round the corner from work.
