Can someone recommend a decent voice recorder - need to record meetings, although not sure which to go for!

I thought the Belkin Ipod add-ons wereh supposedly quite good, although I must confess to not having used one myself.

Alternative might be a suitable Mic + your laptop?

Needs to be portable though, (well more than a laptop! Pocket sized). Something that can take memory cards.

Im looking although Im not fully convinced with anything Ive found so far...

an archos would have done the job, and it would have doubled as a radio and an mp3 player. Straight to mp3 recording, since about 6 years ago.
