A four year-old Asiatic short-clawed otter has
    lead a daring escape from Auckland zoo. Jin
    dug her way through two walls and scaled a
    5 foot high barrier to get out, closely followed
    by two other otters. Sadly, the other otters
    were recaptured quickly but Jin made straight
    for the harbour and swam away. Days later Jin
    was sighted at a North Shore suburb, about
    10km away from the zoo, on the other side of
    the harbour. Zoo-keepers were stunned how far
    she swam. Government officials are searching
    this suburb for Jin, playing recordings of
    otter calls in a bid to lure her into a trap.

I had heard that the water wasnt otter enough but they wouldnt listen
