will their stupid strikes affect recorded delivery.[/quote]Information to all customers that recently bought a product from us!

 

As recently some of the customers reported even an up to 1 week delay for 1st Class Service this is an important information!

 

Please read this article! This is probably already affecting your delivery or might affect it!

I didnt even know they were striking, but I would say most definitely.

Im not sure if Special Deliveries would be affected though.

I thought they were striking last weekend where I live. I ordered a sat delivery on ebuyer, thinking itd be courier and safe, it turned up at 10am on Sat and was a Parcel Farce van, to my surprise.

Parcel Force ive never had an issue with, its the mainstream Royal Fail that annoy me.  Im waiting on a PSU for my laptop, and have been for 10 days.  The battery is dead, Ive no alternative I can use, and I NEED some info off it for my Wedding!

If i didnt like a job, i would find another job.

Postal strikes should be a thing of the past, if they dont like working for Royal Mail they can leave.

What they dont consider is the knock on effect they are having on businesses, if for instance 10% of your outgoing post/small parcels is ridiculously late when it arrives at the consumer what sort of effect will that have on future purchases, i mean not everyone will be on the ball and see the reason for postal strikes and think its just the company being slack.

I can admit to being one of these people, i go through stints with tv, but for the last few weeks ive not been watching it, and i dont read papers, so the only way i found out there were postal strikes is when my books took two weeks to turn up.

Agreed - and when you consider the sh*te our economy is in we could really do without things like this making it worse.
Career, Wife, Mortgage... my sig was better when it listed guitars and PC's and stuff!
