Thought I might as well do one of these too!

We got rid of an apartment in Belfast, and took advantage of the slack market. Am building a house for the long term future (Well, for about 5 years from now) but landed on this - for less than a 3 bed semi was going for 2 years ago.

2800 sq ft, double garage, 1200 sq ft shed/workshop, and around an acre of garden! Bargain compared to what they wanted for it (almost 40% more than we got it for)

The best feature is the treehouse hut thing - with an ACTUAL ZIPLINE across the garden, and it holds my weight!

looks nice... plenty of room in the garage too...

but.. zipline ?

I never really thought about having a zipline in the gardin.... but now I HAVE to have one....

Looks lovely!

Dont you just love recessions for this sorting of thing, cheap housing all round whoop whoop.

The zipline does look fun, slightly random to have in your back garden but that makes it even more fun
