fairly obviously a rack (count the holes, divide by 3 and you get the "U£ rating)

The Panasonic is a 3 or 4 line Telephone PBX.

not sure on the Nokia thing, but did you used have a poor mobile phone signal in the area?  Could be a mini access point.  Mark will probably be the man to ID that properly!

The last looks like a DACS I removed from where I used to work, but its lacking the BT logo on the front!

Well the first is just a rack, with a couple of patch panels (Wires can probably be removed)

The Panasonic box will be a PBX (Telephone exchange) of some kind, you can use special phones with extension buttons etc, but normal phones normally works as well by using key presses, should be able to get a manual online. I have a much older one of these - 8 extension.

The thing with the phone socket attached and antenna, looks like it might be a wireless box to connect a phone.. if they didnt want to run a cable?

The last one looks like a telecoms junction box, open it up I expect it is only connecting cables and doesnt actually do anything??

For value check ebay ;)

edit: musst have posted while I was writing!
