Hi, Say Callers Name could possibly be for voice recognition. Sounds like that to me..

Quite sure that once youve installed a skin onto the phone, you cant delete it without doing a master reset.. Not sure on the new version of Symbian, but on my Nokia N70 (the version before the N73s) you couldnt delete them..

When someone calls you, it says their name.

Ok maybe I wasnt clear enough...?

If you enable say caller name when someone in your phonebook rings you, the ringtone fades in and out with a robotic voice saying their name.

Themes wise, you should be able to remove 3rd party themes from the application manager.
