oh yes, the only game that actually kept my interest after Mech4 started to die off.  Planetside was excellent, but after a while it got annoying that they started issuing "special" weapons to people who had been playing for longer.  Especially the Uber sniper rifle.  Once you had that and got used to it there was no point in using any other gun.

The Demo is out soon so you can see but watching interviews and videos multiplayer looks really good.

With thr comments though on tanks etc. Take a tank give it two legs and walking around, its a very differetn mechanic to it and shooting plasma crap and all that is always fun :)

Playing the demo, the titan and titan mode gives a lot to the game but im not sure about the weapons, dam hard to control, need to get used to it i guess. You need a beast of a pc i think though, I just get by with it, but the demo is ment to be very ropey so you cant really tell.

Dont think I will get it right the way and let it mature a bit

I was about to download the demo, then I read the reason why DICE dont support widescreen displays.  Apparently they are too much of an advantage over normal 4:3 displays.

odd, i did not have to do anything on this demo to have it run widescreen and it does fine for me, odd.
