Small & Simple WYSIWYG to HTML
on: March 10, 2010, 13:06:33 PM
Hey guys,

Basically the TEFL and internship website Im using at the moment is a sort of bodged blog. To do a post on the website I have to throw it together in wordpress, copy the HTML code, pasted it onto the website and then still edit it to add in the
and spacing (as wordpress doesnt include these).

So what Im after is a small text editor I can throw together an article, put in my formatting, links, picture links etc as a WYSIWYG and then just copy & paste the HTML from it.

Obivously I could use something like dreamweaver but it seems a bit OTT. Any sugestions?

Well the free dreamweaver alternatives I can think of off the top of my head are Amaya and NVU

Amaya being a WYSIWYG editor developed by the W3c

Amaya:  http://www.w3.org/Amaya/User/BinDist.html

NVU: http://net2.com/nvu/
Steam: Grey_Mata
