On some videos theres writing, on the one Im looking at, is those stealth videos, recorded using fraps, but the writing isnt done using fraps, how do they do it.

From Windows Movie Maker up to however much coin youre willing to expend.

I must be thick, Ive tried good programs, I cant get it right.
