Ive just been given a collection of bits that means I can build up a couple of machines.  Im going to keep one of them, but just see what folks here think is best worth keeping.

I have ::
Setup 1 : All Brand new and still boxed
AMD Sempron 3400+ EE
NForce 6100 AM2 Motherboard
2Gb DDR2 6400

Setup 2 : All used already.  
AMD Athlon 3500+
NForce 6100 S939 Motherboard
1Gb DDR400 RAM

Ive got identical cases for them, and the DVD Burners etc are all identical.  The issue Im trying to work is if im using it all for a server which is better?  My leaning is the small performance hit for the Sempy is offset by the extra RAM and the fact its an Energy Efficient.  Also the Sempy is all brand new.  

Its actually getting Server 2k8 slapped on it as well.
