Nick & Norahs Infinite Playlist....
on: February 02, 2009, 13:35:36 PM
Wanting to have a night in with the missus she suggested this as something light hearted.... Read the reviews thought it was a better choice then anything else she was suggesting so agreed....

MISTAKE!! Havent been as bored / insulted / horrified / tempted to kill myself, since reading Doomsword as a kid! Rubbish non story, ludicrous idiot characters, and 2 leads that I couldnt have cared less about! Female lead was some stupid moody bitch I wanted to punch in the face and the male lead wasnt much better. As for the soundtrack I didnt find it that great or well thought out to be honest.

Go watch High Fidelity again its in a different league to this tripe...
Career, Wife, Mortgage... my sig was better when it listed guitars and PC's and stuff!

I really enjoyed it, not as good as Juno though.

Love Michael Cera (the lead male actor) - theyre just cute, american alternative teen films :) I dont expect some deep intricate plot or anything like that. Just a decent, fun film with a good soundtrack! (Well, I thought it had a good soundtrack!)
