Tbh that's not very sick, and could easily be increased, EG, only 8gb of Ram?!?!

Maybe the budgets should be revised so high budget is up to £1500, as this "sick" one should literally be no limit on the money, the most expensive newest high-spec kit you can get.

If I found a abandoned holdall containing a couple of million in used notes... I would order:

Intel Core i7-3960X 3.30GHz (Sandybridge-E) Socket LGA2011 Processor
Asus X79 Sabertooth Intel X79 (Socket 2011) DDR3 Motherboard
Cooler Master Cosmos II Ultra Tower Case
Corsair Professional Series 1200W Modular '80 Plus Gold' Power Supply
Corsair Hydro H100 Extreme Performance Liquid CPU Cooler
X8 Noctua NF-P12 Vortex-Control 120mm Quiet Case Fan
Team Xtreem 16GB (4x4GB) DDR3 PC3-20800C10 2600MHz Dual/Quad Channel Kit
X3 MSI HD 7970 Lightning 3072MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card
X4 Intel 520 Series 480GB 2.5" SATA-3 Solid State Hard Drive
X2 Seagate Constellation.2 SATA 6Gb/s 3TB Hard Drive
Pioneer BDR-206MBK 12x BDXL BluRay RW / 16x DVD±RW Drive
Qpad MK-85 LED Pro Backlit Mechanical Gaming Keyboard
Razer DeathAdder Respawn 3500 DPI Xtreme Precision Left Handed Edition Gaming Mouse
Razer Megasoma Gaming Mat
X3 Dell Ultrasharp U3011 30" Widescreen LCD Monitor

I would have a bit of change from 10k, more than likely would want to watercool the graphics so add £500 or so on top.
