Dont expect the software to be complete and the latest version, they almost inevitably arent, its to get you started and hopefully pick up some dosh when you upgrade.
Id be very surprised if the Nero thats bundled with it, was a trial. Ive not seen a single Nero Trial in 10 years or more, bundled with OEM or Retail.
My advice to you Serious is stop buying computers from PC World 
its often a "lite edition" or similar, but TBH I dont want nero to organise my MP3s or photos or whatever the full version thinks it can do these days, I just want it to burn disks. The OEM version which comes with drives can do that until the cows come home so Ive never bought the full edition.
lol i stand corrected. I always thought the "lite" version was the "full" version as it seemed fully featured but then aside from burning disks i never used the other parts of it
