200bhp 150 kilo race bikes in the 70s had tyres no thicker than those!

Ive generally found girls complain about it. Theyre fine taking a good length but too much girth hurts apparently.
It's all fun and games until a 200' robot dinosaur shows up and trashes Neo-Tokyo… Again.

The tires are really thin tho compared to other bikes, just be very very careful of hitting any grease on them and give them a good clean after a ride.

Ive fancied a CBR125 for a while, but one of my family members died on a motorbike last week and kind of put me off the idea for this moment (not his fault, knocked off by some bint of a woman who didnt see him)

Tell me how that thing handles in the corners btw. As Im really tempted to get one as well, can pick up an older one for around a grand. :)

the thickness of the tyres shouldnt worry you

125s (2-strokes of course - wouldnt get a 4 stroke myself because of the lack of power) carry the highest corner speeds of any race bikes, and they have skinny tyres. Its all to do with weight

Very few bikes are going to ride well if they hit grease or oil on a corner. Otherwise the thin tyres pose no problem.
